In addition, there is a one-off advertising charge of 20% plus VAT, which is payable by the landlord on a one-off basis. For tenants, the costs correspond to the 60% plus VAT lease fee on the rental fee, which includes inventory, survey and the drawing up of the contract.
Recognising the importance of supporting both new investors and young people looking to become independent, either through a new business or the purchase of a home, we have decided to establish a special discount in order to strengthen our business relationship with your institution. Under this discount, the administration fee would be reduced to a total of 7% plus VAT, together with 2.05% insurance and 10% advertising. Likewise, for tenants, the contract fees would cost 30% plus VAT.
