Extra Curricular

The Extracurricular Activities Program offers many options that are aimed at all students of our institution from Nursery to Year 13. This program offers to students the opportunity to develop their different skills, discover their strengths, weaknesses, interests and talents and also allows to share time and interests with other students on the campus, thus promoting integration among all our students and creating a sense of belonging among them. Both the teachers of the school and external teachers are responsible for developing these exercises, either inside or outside our facilities.

Extracurricular activities range from sports to crafts, are voluntary registration and are taught throughout the week. The activities offered include soccer, baseball, basketball, volleyball, artistic gymnastics, tennis, horse riding, skating, cooking, dance, crafts, French, among others and our Conservatory of Music. The cost to participate in the program varies depending on the activity that the student chooses.

The Extracurricular Activities Program consists of two cycles throughout the school year, which are comprised of a certain number of weeks that may vary depending on the length of the school year and the different activities scheduled by the school. There is a week of break between the two cycles, so that students interested in changing activity can do and participate in everything the program offers. Unlike the rest of the extracurricular activities, the Conservatory of Music gives uninterrupted classes throughout the school year and enrolled students must remain during the course of it. This guarantees the success of your learning and the growth of our Conservatory and the Orchestra.
Each activity will require a minimum and a maximum number of students for its execution. Students can enroll in as many activities as the schedule allows, and they must commit to stay throughout the cycle in the activities in which they enroll.

For Nursery, Reception and Year 1 the schedule is between 12:45 - 1:45 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and Fridays from 12:15 - 1:15 p.m. For courses between Year 2 and Year 13, the activities take place between 2:45 and 3:45 p.m. and in some cases they extend until 4:30 p.m. depending on the activity. On Fridays the schedule is from 1:15 - 2:15 p.m.

To participate and remain in the Extracurricular Activities program, the following are essential requirements:
  • Present a good behavior in each of the activities in which the student participates, always showing respect towards the teacher and their other classmates.
  • Students must be picked up on time after extracurricular classes. If parents or school transportation cannot pick up the student (s) promptly, after the end of the classes, parents should refrain from enrolling the student (s).

In the event that a student does not meet the requirements outlined above, he / she will not be able to continue in the program.
